Bad service

My aunt bought an LG TV from Game with an extended guarantee. The TV was repaired six times for the same issue, but it was never replaced. Last month, it was taken in for repairs again due to the same issue, and she was told that the TV is now out of guarantee as it is a month past its coverage period.
