Bad service

I bought iron on the 3rd of October 2020, it happened I use the iron and it stopped working. On the 11 of November 2020 I returned the iron and was told they cannot exchange it as the return policy is 14 days, they will send it for repairs which takes 21 days, I don't understand why should I wait for 21 days while I have one year warranty , I bought the iron at fourways game store, the lady that assisted me couldn't care and she was rude , now I have to wait for 21 days to get an iron. I am not happy with their service. I am really not happy with their service how can I wait while its not my fault that the iron is not working
