Bad Service

I have been supporting the Game franchise for a very long time now. On Monday I paid for a Whirlpool top loader 9kg. The guy told me Thursday it will be there. Thursday after 5 i get there and ask what going on. He tells me they are getting the shipment tonight and will have it ready for me the following morning. I get a phone call where he says they are only sending it now. First of its a wash machine, its something we use everyday and i come to buy one and they dont have stock but a bumped up machine which of co**** we dont want. Now he tells me he doesnt know when it will arrive there. This is unacceptable to me, he either did not log my order or is just making his job easier.
