bad service

hello, i bought a logic blender at game in Dec 2023, mid Jan when i wanted to use the blender it was not working took back to the store they tested it it worked then i gave it to a friend who then experienced the same problem as mine and we far from each other. we took it back to the store and it worked. explained to the store manger what is happening with it i even suggested he goes to my and friend place form him to see what is wrong or maybe if we can get a whastup number so we can video call just for him to see that we not lying.... the guy gave us attitude left us there with the blender without a solution, we proceeded to the customer service to the two ladies that has been assisting since Jan, they were very rude one lady even said fotsek on my face, i then left the blender with them for them to see how they going to solve this thing because really i cannot have blender that is not working, been travelling with it since Jan to game in Eloff and President JHB. One thing that bothers me its the treatment i receive everytime its as if i borrowed the blender from them and i bought it, im not even asking for my money back i just want a blender that is working because i need...... i feel they prolonging this thing because of warranty and im not giving up till i get a working blender.. they blender is still on special till today since Dec im starting to think that they know its faulty they want to get it off their shelves, i just dont know to think anymore.........fact that when they plug it on it works in their stores and not in 3 different homes its a diffrent story im not giving up on this issue, its been months and still has no solution to all this
