Bad service

Game Welkom Free State. Yesterday wanting to buy a tv, wifi extender and dstv wifi. Had to ask for assistance, no one to be seen. Asked for the specs on the tv couldn't give answers. Asked for dstv wifi plug, they looked for the key to open locked box, didn't find it came back and said no stock. Asked for wifi extender, answer we don't know what it is. I like supporting local businesses, keeps people employed in your area. Really disappointed. Bought everything at Takealot, delivery to my door tomorrow. Real bad service Game.
