Bad service

Very very baaaaad service.i bought a fridge 2019 black friday and it was boken .after 2 years of fighting they only tell me now they will give me a refund.i mean i had to wait for black friday to buy the fridge discount price so now after 2 years where will i find the same fridge at the same price they will refund me on and things went up since covid so game .am so very angry and dissapointed.any lawyers who can advice since they taking advantage of is the poor to get rich.please please
