Bad service
I have a bad experience with Game Store, I purchased a top loader washing machine in 2024 but I realized after 2months that the machine Grey paint comes to the surface each time I do my laundry, I stopped using the washing machine because no matter how many times I clean the machine the paint keeps coming to the surface. I therefore lodged a complaint last year, the sent a technician which did nothing and instead told me I might need to pop out money to have the machine fixed imagine. The machine is new and have only been used for few months yet I find myself using my hands doing laundry yet I have a machine. I lodged another complaint 3weeks back, I've been calling them but I have not received any correspondence. I told them I want a brand new washing machine. I'm now calling them everyday and their call centre keeps on telling me there's o feedback. I'm angry because another winter is approaching yet I'm gonna be doing laundry with my hands yet I paid R6500 for a washing machine
This kind of service is disappointing , I called in today and spoke to very rude lady who said her name is Nel. I shared my frustration but as I was asking her questions she became blatantly rude. She told me there's no supervisor or manager on duty today imagine. She further elaborated that there not allowed to give us the surnames of their colleagues when I asked her who was dealing with my query. She her name is Carly and that her mangers name is Monique but refused to share their surnames, I've never heard of this before honestly and here I am waiting , I can't do laundry waiting for Game to attend to query because their washing machine is faulty. Nels attitude is terrible I must say and to add on that she was playing music at her backround when she picked up the phone, I had to ask her to switch it off.
I'm angry and frustrated, I want a brand new washing machine or else I'm taking the matter further, it's been three week since I logged the query but Nel said it's a reasonable time for to wait.
