Bad service!!!

Bad service being **** to everyday about a delivery on the way, almost everyday the tracking system says the parcel is on the way on the at the end it gives an "exception" note, every morning these past days I get a text sating the order is coming and wait the whole day for delivery were do they think people get the time to wait for an order to be delivered, when I call them no one takes accountability either they do not know or the order will be sent next morning which ends up a lie.
