Bad service

I had a bad experience at game in Westgate ,I bought A TV which worked for few months,I then took it back to the store ,it took over 23 day still not repaired,I then called the store manager who instructed that I be given a new TV but that was not to be ,I was given the run around ,I was told I will get the refund and have to top up if I want another tv
