Bad service

So I'm at game right now return an item I bought last week on the 1st, I spoke to a lady@customer service which she refused to give me her name, the bed is deformed horrible service she is assuming and telling me how I should use it, I told its not the 1st I've bought this year she threw the slip at me bad service people should not work in customer service if they don't want to help people
