Bad Service

For the first time getting a bad service from you guys. I weren't to Jabulani Game store and bought a four door wall unit that was on special and sale was processed and the person assisting was in a hurry and he told me that I should come back today for collection,and they told me to come with my own delivery. I hired a van of which I paid for and when I was there was told its out of stock, they will call me back, why wasn't I called before I weren't in.
