BAD SERVICE

On 25 June i ordered a trcycle online for my grandson. The turn around time is 10-14 days due to lockdown, 14 days passed no parcel, i wrote an email enquiring about my order tgey promised to check, after 2 days they responded that the item is out of stock. My question is why it was not marked out of stock in the website. They promised to rectify. Days passed with no response, i called they said they will find out and call. Days passed i called and demanded my money they asked for banking days, 7 days passed no money. I have been waiting for a month and week, i need my money i worked hard for. You gaining interest with my money. I am so dissapointed
