Bad service

I called Game , my sleeper couch damaged. I need to exchange the sleeper couch. I hold on for 10 minutes just so that the lady can drop the phone in my ear. I called back to speak to manager so they transferred the call and then again no answer. They called me back to transfer the phone call to the manager and so someone answered the phone but no one talked to me for 8 minutes and again the phone was dropped in my ear. My problem is still not resolved and this is bad service
