Bad service

My wife gave a laptop for repair on 13th January 2022. It's now 2 months at the repair center just to fix a broken hinge on the laptop. They asked for a deposit and proof of payment from the repair cemtre in February which was done. Now they say that they cannot give us a completion date as to when will the laptop be ready, totally unacceptable as this is used for business
