Bad service

I am so angry with Game store in Pinetown Pinecrest. I bought a laptop on the 20th of January. The laptop was very slow had to take it back the manager there was so unprofessional even told me, who’s going to buy the laptop if I’m bringing it. Even today I’m still waiting for my refund there is no communication it has been more than a month now. Disgusting service worse I’m still waiting.
