Good day

I bought a Tv at Game in Vincentpark East London last year March and I was told it has a 1 year warranty.Now the remote stopped working so I go to Game to ask for assistance or for a new remote even if its to purchase another one.I was dismissed and told they don't store universal remotes.I asked for the manager and he never showed up his name is Lonwabo Mzimkhulu.I needed clarity as to what the warranty covers and no assistance was given so now I'm sitting with a Tv that does not have a remote.

Please assist or ask your employees to be more clear and transparent when explaining the terms of the warranty.
