Bad service

On the 13th April 2021, I went to Game store Masingita mall, Giyani to exchange a mulfunctioning convection oven. The lady, by the name of Lizzy from customer service did not even bother to look at me when I was presenting my problem, she continued with whatever paperwork she was doing. She did not even look at the product I was bringing but asked me to describe it for her whereas it was in front of her. She did not even explain the procedure to be followed, thanks to Marcus who came and treated me like the way a customer deserve to be treated. Lizzy's service is appalling to the tee while place in customer service.
