Bad service

Worst experience with Game online services. I have ordered stationery on 27 Dec 2021 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have been emailing and I also call the customer services twice yesterday.Promises are being made to me that they will try and get the items to me asap.How can these items still be in dispatch since December? The items are apparently still at the N1 City store.Worst service ever!
