Bad service

2019 I lay byed a TV with game store in greenstone, I had totally forgotten about it and I went to the store to get my money back, I have supp**** the documents they requested and I have been made to run from pillar to post regarding my payment... If it means I go to ombudsman I will and I won't rest until I get my money back
