Bad service

I went to game shop in Groblersdal to buy groceries and I was assisted by Lerato Sello. This lady was very rude to me. I asked her if they had a packer because my grocery was pilling up on the counter and she said she was not a packer she is a cashier and she just left my grocery there. Is this how you train your staff members???
