Bad Service

Game Store Waterfallmall Rustenburg Bought Ucan Bedroom Built-in Cupboard on Friday the 12th Of November 2013 I payed and was told to go back to receiving to get the item I was given 1Box I even asked then if everything was there they said yes twice and I left. When I got home open boxes assembled the item found out the doors where missing I called the stores from 16,00 to 18,00 I even called Customer care they gave same numbers I was was calling. In the morning I went back with the item I arrived looked for the manager only to find out the same person who sold me the item was a manager, I spoke to him explaining how I was not ok with the service and how i have lost money by driving up and down. All he said was sorry and called some guy on the floor to get the doors and left I asked him so it like that I won't be help for the loss of my petrol for the stores fault he said the is, nothing they can do or refund sorry and left me there to wait for the doors he came back when the guy came back with the doors so I'm not happy with the service I lost money for service I was given by that shop and all I get is Sorry!
