Bad Service

I experienced the worst service at Game Gateway yesterday waited for 30 minutes to get assisted i went to one guy called Kevin/Cavin who happens to be a manager he said he will get someone to assist me the guy was walking up and down not willing to assist whats so ever he went on to help customers who were buying T. Vs and didn't show interest in helping even their staff is nonchalant they were wearing causal like they are there to party not willing to help they were so clueless of what i was asking them they were not willing to help well what can i say because their manager is like that so the staff will also have an attitude towards customers i am so disappointed in game Gateway thank god for the security guy who tried to assist me.
