Bad service

Hi i bought a sound bar a month ago from game Jabulani Mall, now its not working, im told to wait another month before i can get it back as its will be taken in for repairs. I really dnt want to own electronical appliance that has gone through repairs within a month, why cant it be replaced with a new one or my money back. So im made to wait a month for something that is causing me an inconvenience. Im in the media industry and bought it for work purposes. I work from home.If it cant be replaced this week can i please have another one or money back, my work is on hold. I cant wait for your repairs will purchase another 1 so i can continue with my work this week. And you can refund me. Cant wait. This is bad service. ***
