Bad Service

I visited Game in Westwood Mall with my 81 year old granny.

The service i received from Pearl Zuma at the kiosk was just a disgrace.

Naturally my granny being old was asking alot of questions, which Pearl had no time for and when i stated she was being rude and not listening because of the mistakes she was making, she aggressively says that theres on 2 cashiers.

A big store with 2 cashiers , is that even possible and then you want to make your problem mine ? if you serving me , you give me your full attention not rush me because you want to take other customers and speak to me in a manner you think is acceptable.

I dont know who to blame ,Pearl or Game ? how can you run a store with 2 cashiers , mayb she is put under pressure and behave this way because a big company clearly can not plan. Its sad and you guys should learn to have respect for your elders!
