BAD SERVICE

I bought a Hisense top loader washing at GAME paid over R5000 last year July. I contacted the store last week spoke to the manager and explained that I lost my receipt he then told me I must come to the store went to the store yesterday showed them my bank statement and gave them all the details of the machine the person that assisted said that I can leave as it will take long to find my receipt they then contacted me today saying they cant find a receipt. What I cant understand is when you purchase an item by them then they tell you that the box is your warranty and you can go to any game store if you have a fault with an item. I spend over R5000 on a item that did not even last a year I will never purchase an item at any game store again. I even laid a complaint but they couldn't assist me either,
