Bad service

Hi I'm struggling with getting my TV back from game in kempton Park. I took it back to get fixed because it was not showing pictures and it was still under warranty. I was told to pay 4,200 to get it fixed and when I check I only bought it for 3000 then I told them I can't afford the money. I was told to pay a release fee of 220 I did pay that thou it was not part of the agreement when I took the TV to the store. I did not get my TV back even after paying what they wanted to release my TV. I'm not happy about the service from such a big store..
