Bad service

Game brits serive is really not on. Took my 5months hisense television set there on the 14 of July 2020, was told that if I dont get it in the next 21days I will get a new set for free. Today it's the 6th of August, having taken a drive there after no one dared to communicate, I'm being told that I was suppose to come with the accessories and wasnt told about them cos I took them the 1st time around and they refused them. I dont get how they are trained if they cant even communicate
