BAD SERVICE

I have bought a TV from game May 2022, a few weeks ago the tv lost its picture quality. Game just refuses to help me, they said only samsung can help me and that they will set up a meeting with them which is NOT happening... Ive been told by the manager of the store(westgate) that it is an old tv and is not priority for them even if the tv is only 4 minth old.... No one in that store seems competent to help me or just plain dont want to help me.
