BAD SERVICE

Game Brits Mall. In there newest phamphlet they advertise a Ryobi Lawmower on special for R2299. I went there on Thursday 13 January 2022 to buy one. They did not have in stock and I payed for 1.to be ordered. Today they informed me that they cant deliver on their promise as they dont have stock. They must refnd me the money. Why after only 6 days do they inform me about it. How can they not deliver on a product that is on special until 25 January 2022. They wasted my time and money to drive up and down. Their service is so bad that I had to wait 30 minutes to be refinded. Their staff arw also so rude as they just laugh about the whole situation. I wanted to give them a zero rating. This is the 2nd time I received bad service from this store. I also wrote a review on Hell Peter.
