Bad service

I went to Game Potchefstroom Mooiriver Mall to open a contract on the 09 September and I was assisted by the lady Tshegofatso there nd unfortunately there was a profile that was on my name that Vodacom has to cancel before they proceed with the application. And I was advised that I will be contacted for a feedback. I provided them with my work telephone number so that when they can’t reach me on my cellphone and then the nxt day I waited for the call but nothing until I called them to ask for feedback. And I was told that they still struggling with the profile. I waited for the whole week until I go to the Store on Wednesday 15th September and I was told that the lady that was helping me with a contract is not in duty and and she is coming only on Friday nobody will be able to assist me. I asked that lady that assisted me to give me my documents and see if I can go and apply for a contract somewhere else cus I urgently need the Phone. The lady was so upset with me and she told me that I have to go to Vodacom cus this phone are vodacom contracts. The lady is Manana. I told her that I will be back on Friday to talk to Tshegofatso. Tshegofatso called me Friday to come back and she called me on the work number and I told her I will come after work but when I get here they told me that she left. Nobody can assist me. I waited for almost 30 minutes. This was the bad service I received with Game
