bad service

Drove all the way from Cfa to Cw for a washing machine who was advertised for 4999 on the catalogue .Arrived at game got to the section where the machines stands i told the lady why is it 5499 but on the catalogue it shows 4999 i even show her she took my phone and make calls and i was very irritating because i put petrol in my own car and hire someone must deliver it ,so the lady came back and informed me that maybe it is in another town from my understanding if it was a other town it will say a curtain place for instance it will say on the page worcester only and i ask her how many washing machines is their in the Hisense 14kg she said nun unless i took the one on the floor that have hand prints all over it ,other wise i must take the Defy 14kg i was ****ed but i needed a washing .
