Bad Service

I have made a purchase of 2 items on the 2nd December 2023 but I received only one item, I have made a query several times but I’m not getting anything.I’m very very very disappointed and angry because it was my son’s birthday gift and the birthday passed and he didn’t get a gift.

I am not happy at all, I was told that the packages came from different stores after i called.Game’s service is very bad even the couriers will call at night and it’s unacceptable,the first order was not collected at my address because the said he can’t come and we must meet at Town..What kind of service is that?

I buy almost everything online and I had never in my life experience this kind of service from any store!! Imagine how my son felt and still felling right now? What kind of a parent am I to him? I have disappointed him.The order was made in time, on the 2nd and his birthday was on the 13th! It’s now close to Christmas!!! Or did you **** me?
