Bad Service

Their service is supper bad always have few cashiers and long queues as if that was not enough they way they treat customers at their customer service sucks. I did a laybye in Feb 2020 of a 4plate stove and when I did my laybye the ladies were assisting this Indian guy they were using their nguni language to insult him including supervisor on duty.

So I did my laybye and left I came back during lockdown to try and take it out I was told that I couldn't because it was not an issential item so yesterday I went to take it out the manager gave me a refund without an explanation when I asked why she said I have to start the transaction from scratch.
