Bad service

Placed an order online more than 2 weeks ago and the operator Nasera said that she doesn't know when we will have our product. This is unacceptable as this was a birthday gift and to tell me you dont know when it will be delivered as there is a system error is unacceptable. We paid in full and now no one knows when we will receive our order 😡😡😡😡
