Bad service

Imz very dissapionetd and disgusted with game and there bad services.... I bought myself a hisense fridge last year December my fridge is not yet 11months old and im having many problems with it this is the second time in the 11months that hisense guys has came out for my fridge my termistat of mt fridge has packed up and had to be replaced which i refused cause the fridge is not even 1 year old mu fridge had to be regased which i dont i don't understand why that's necessary for a nee fridge theats 11months old my rubbers of my freezer was faulty and game refuses to taek my fridge back and replace a new1 i contact game and spoke to the store manager "DANIE" and he said to me they cant take my fridge back if hisense don't agree what *******.... He said t9 me then i must tkae further with hisense i didn't buy my fridge from hisense i bought it from game so how isit my problem it's games duty to sort it out with hisense not mine i bought it from game and not hisense.... I demand a new fridge or they must take this faulty fridge back my freezer over freezes awel which im aware its not a frost free fridge but doesn't mean my fridge must over freeze every 4th to 5th day this is ridiculous i didn't expect this kind of service from game store unacceptable very poor and unprofessional service im the person paying for the item but i waa told they can't change my fridge unless hisense confirms it can be changed thats not my problem i didn't buy it from hisense but from game so that's there problem and they should short it out witg hisense.... Im going to close my game account cause they have bad service and dont know how to deal with there customers i just had enough i been phoning and emailing game hole week they still didn't get back to me i had enough with game and there poor service i paid alot of money for this fridge and for me to pay for something thats faulty and its not even 1 year old im very sorry i don't think this is fair on me im veru dissapionted i thought gane is 1 of the best store to nuy appliances like this but i wouldn't advise anybody to buy any appliances from game im sorry to say... #BadServices
