Bad service

I went to game to report a stove which was still under guarantee but when I got there the sales rep said he won't be able to help me simply because I lost my slip and I told him that I used my store card to purchase the stove then he Said I will have to pay. He was not even helpful and he had bad attitude. Even now I am still with that stove.
