Bad service!

I went to game in gateway mall a day before black Friday which was Thursday and sore the pots and stoove that I always wanted and it's was going to be on promo on Friday,

So I woke up at 12:15 trying to purchase it online but it's sold out, so I decided to go the store because the was some other things that I needed, got to the store I was told that the pots were out of stock at midnight, while I was browsing around lucky me I found them lying with other stuff, so happy I was I went straight to the till to buy them,

When I got to the till, I sore that the was a post saying (pay just now) app is working, while I wanted to use the app my battery died, so I told a manager that was on duty in de morning that I'm going to buy them cash and i will come back and return them for cash and use the app, which she was okay with that.

came back on my lunch break went straight to the returns department and spoke to Nontuthuko mbonambi, which at first she wasn't welcoming manner of approaching was poor, explained my story and she sent me to the tills, explained again to the till supervisor by the name of Nokwanda with such a good customer service skills she attended me very well n told me that I need to bring the pots back in order to get the refund, went to work, got them came back, and went to the returns department as instructed by Nokwanda got the authorisation by Zama which is her manager I think, As soon as I got to the returns again Nontuthuko and her manager Mbali gumede had a sick, disgusting, irritating service, they talk amongst them self as if I don't exist n I felf very very undermined, with such a horrible, poor customer service skills,game management you will really need to seat down and really think if you want your business to grow or have a good review wherether mbali and nontuthuko Is it there place where you'll put them?,where they need to interact with customers that brings business.

I shall thank Zama and Nokwanda for being trained with their work.and be able to deal with customers.
