Bad Service

Good day, Game is the worst when it comes to customer service and delivery. During this lockdown period I’ve ordered from several stores which I had no problem with. My order was placed on 09 April 2020 up to now no delivery as yet. Everytime you contact them you speak to a different agent as the one you spoke to the previous day is not coming back to you. I was told my one item could not be found anywhere but after a week I started contacting the stores and the first store I contacted had stock, I called them again to tell them what I found where the guy told me he would let me know but nothing. I’ve spoken to Yolanda, Mariam, Ismaeel and Shameeg from Game Online and even sent them a email with no reply in the past few days. I would not advise people to purchase from their online shop.
