Bad service

On 26/02/2016 we went to Game store (Vaal Mall) in Vanderbijlpark to buy the Tommee Tippee Nappy dispenser (which were advertised in the news paper starting the 26/02/2016). On our arrival at the store, we noticed that there was only one color available (Pink) and we wanted the Grey one (which they did not have). We approached one of the staff ladies and asked as to where the stock were and she said that she does not know and that we need to go to River Square store. We went there and found they did not have any stock and we asked the one of the staff ladies, she took us to another person where he checked on the system for stock. We asked him as to how can Game advertise a product that they do not have. He couldn't give me an answer. He then said that he will follow up the following Monday 29/02/2016 and give me (Name, number and Description was given to him) an answer by 10:00. We are at 03/03/2016 and still waiting for feedback regarding the problem. I am very upset as to how these Game stores advertise product they don't have stock of, staff does not know whats happening when answers supposed to be given and that no feedback was given. This is really bad for business
