BAD SERVICE

We bought a washing machine last month if not 2 months back at Jabulani Mall, now the machine is giving us problems and unfortunately we cant go or take it back to Jabulani mall because of lootings. I went to Game mall of the South where I was advised to bring the slip and serial number. On my arrival to the store I approached a lady by the name of Barbra who was sniffing snuif on the floor, I explained the situation and she responded with an attitude and her nose full of snuif telling me how she hates logging calls for other branches and I requested her to call the manager since she didn't want to assist me. Rashid the manager REFUSED to come to the floor to attend to my problem. I must say I am very DISGUSTED with the attitude I got from both Barbra and Rashid.
