Bad service

I received a comforter as a gift for Christmas. Last week I put it on my bed. To my dismay, my body and clothing was stained red from the dye in the comforter. The top half where we sat, looks like it is 5 years old and the bottom part is brand new. I returned it on Sunday and was told : 1) There is no guarantee on linen. 2) it can't be re-sold as I used it. 3) if I had a slip it could be returned to the supplier (uhhhmmm it was a GIFT). So they were not prepared to assist me at all. I understand that colour can fade, but not before it has even been washed and not in a few days. Will NEVER buy linen from Game again.
