Bad service

Good day, on the 4th of September I placed an order online purchasing x3 Defy Air fryers and was suppose to be delivered on 6th of September to my surprise nothing was delivered, on 9th I tried communicating with them asking why was my order not delivered and they told me my order is in Game Soweto store they cannot deliver because they have technical issues.... Then the very same a lady from Game Soweto called and explained about the issue they have in their store and told me she will call me on the 11th of September 2024 but there is no communication till this date....
