BAD SERVICE.

I purchased a smartphone on the 1st of August 2022 the payment was made and the order failed, started calling them immediately on the 2nd, they asked for proof of payment, notification letter and more and I did sent all they asked for whenever I call I'm being told that the matter is still with the head office, even today I haven't received my money back and I'm loosing my patience, I'm very disappointed with how they are handling this matter. I'm 100% sure that I won't recommend anybody to make a purchase at game. I'm VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.
