Bad service

I'm currently writing this review inside the shop ,I've been sitting waiting for more than 15 minutes to purchase a cell phone , apparently there's no keys to stock room ,the young man who assisted me referred me to a lady named Tshidi who didn't even greet us or let us know why we are waiting ,and she gives written paper and tell us to go pay , without any apology or clear information what to do next ,I had to enquire ... I'm really sickened by such behavior
