Bad service
I have placed an order at Game stores on the 27 of December last year with an order number *** and it was supposed to be delivered on the 06 of January 2025 and it only came yesterday 10 and the items were short. I never received an email saying those items were out of stock nor an sort of explanation that my order is split and it will be delivered on seperate day and those items I needed them when the school opens.It is very inconveniencing for me as I was hoping that when schools open I would have got those items . I am very dissappointed and hurt at the bad service I got regarding this order

12 Jan 2025, 14:06I should have been let known in time .where am I gonna get papers at such a short notice the schools are opening on the 15 and your refunds take longer. Do better this is totaĺly unacceptable.again where am I gonna get money to buy papers? You should have checked and refund me earlier I would have bought it somewhere else. This very inconviniencing for me

13 Jan 2025, 13:36I received an sms that says my order has been delivered. But I have not got the papers what is going on. All I am asking is for my money back since you failed to deliver and I have find an alternate way to get the papers somewhere else
