Bad service

I ordered an item got a messages for delivery and from courier but the item never reached me ,Sinalo from game said she will refund me I don’t want a refund the price you see is the price you pay ,Akhona dispatched to courier but they did it on purpose and send it to the wrong address just because I made a purchase at a low price ,there is no stock then they changed the pricing a day after I made a purchase ,which is not my fault and sinalo is saying I can purchase it at 600 rand haibo
