BAD SERVICE

We ordered a Wolf 2600 watt Lawnmower online. We paid the money. After more than a week the lawnmower was delivered. When we open the box, we need to assemble the machine. There was 'n broken part in the box and we send them an email. They let us know that they will come back in 24 - 48 hours. After 48 Hours we phone them again as we did not receive any feedback. Long story short. after 7 days they still have not replace the lawnmower. They first want to come and collect the machine for inspection (that after we take pictures of the broken part in the box) and then after inspection they will decide what they will do. The lady on the phone deny to give me her name. Long story short, we are still without a working lawnmower.
