To Whom it may Concern,<br> <br> On the 13th of November my wife & I attempted to buy the circle buggy from Game in Canal Walk we were advised that they were sold out. On the 14th late afternoon my wife & went to Game Zevenwacht Mall, to purchase the same buggy this was around 15:30pm we first waited for a lengthy period for a sales consultant to assist us after requesting at information thrice a consultant came to see us we then advised we wished to purchase the Circle buggy she was not aware of this particular special running in her department we then requested that she got the latest promotional material as reference. Once she had done this she disappeared into the back for about 15-20mins when she returned she advised that they did not have stock as well.<br> I then requested that if she could please check the other Game Store (Kenilworth) to see if they have stock, she then picked up the phone in front for me dialed a number & requested to be put through to Game Kenilworth, in the baby section & apparently spoke with a Mr. Nelson who had 12<br> We went to Kenilworth the following day & Mr. Nelson doesn't exist and they didn't have stock & we were **** to by this person & drove all over.
