Bad Service

I bought a (Kelvinator 4 door mirror fridge) last year around June when i opened the fridge i noticed that there were drawers in the freezer missing. The following week i reported the issue and was advised that all will be taken care off.I then received a call from the manager or supervisor who told me that i should come inn the store and take drawers from the fridge on display i refused cause i Paid in full not half and i paid for a new item not second hand.I then decided to go to the store to resolve this matter i spoke a sales consultant who did his job by calling the supplier to ask them to resolve this matter and send me new drawers l am still waiting to date for those drawers.I would like this matter to be resolved and a representative from Kelvinator to attend to this matter and that fridge is making a lot of noise like some generator or rather please send me a BRAND NEW FRIDGE I PAID CASH FOR IT AFTER ALL, its an inconvenience for me to have to improvise to use the freezer .
