Bad service

I’m so dissatisfied by the service I got from game menlyn . Such a big store but their customer service is horrible. A lady by the name of Dimakatso she was acting up she just didn’t want to help me . As far as I am concerned if you have lay-by you can pay at any store except only when you take out the item . I’m disappointed because my information it’s on the system so why couldn’t I get help as I was providing my Identity documents why do I have to go to the store I started the whole process or is game menlyn not mass mart what’s so special about game menlyn where they send customers to other store ? Please improve the service because it’s horrible.
